Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of direct work experience in a business process analysis capacity, including all aspects of process analysis, mapping, and documentation. Healthcare experience preferred, Corrections experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, identify patterns and recommend creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to partner and interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Mature organizational, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes and shifting priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have familiarity with and understanding of support tools, techniques, and IT delivery services.
  • Experienced with enterprise support procedures in a Service Desk setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, SQL, reporting/query tools, experience preferred
  • Travel occasionally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the daily support and training activities of the telehealth program initiatives established for client to ensure contract obligations are met. Deliver telehealth training to all users (on/offsite).
  2. Participate or lead the deployment of new telehealth systems and/or modules, upgrades, fixes, and new installations including the system and/or application training sessions for end users.
  3. Work with telehealth partners and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations. Research, analyze, document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions are achieved. Manage escalations to ensure service levels are maintained.
  4. Participate in developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes. Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. Prototype new procedures for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
  5. Document existing business processes and infrastructure to define current business activities for the development of procedures and models.
  6. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  7. Use MS-Visio and other tools to create process and systems models, system design proposals, functional user specifications, and diagrams.
  8. Communicate and present process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate “best practices” approaches. Include recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas.
  9. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess and mitigate risks.
  10. Work with business users and technical support to ensure appropriate test scenarios and test cases are documented for quality assurance testing.
  11. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and customer community.
  12. Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
