Experience & Requirements

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in a health care environment.
  • Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through American Heart Association of American Red Cross

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as an Intake Coordinator with YesCareat our location on 7901 State Road.

  • This is position is 7a-7p
  • $18.87-$20.80
  • Manages daily processes related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals
  • Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders and custody staff.
  • Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned
  • Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.
